County Comprehensive Meeting Schedule: View the official calendar of county meetings, by going to the official public meetings calendar webpage.
Cobb Government Access Television: TV23 carries live coverage of the meetings of the Cobb County Commission, which is broadcast over local cable television systems.
Road Closure Information: To see information on current road closures, go to the Cobb road closures information page.
Water System Information: Information on outdoor watering restrictions that may be in effect, as well information on other water system issues, can be found on the Cobb County Water System webpage.
Current and Past Corridor Studies in Cobb County: In addition to managing and updating the Cobb County Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Division also conducts and manages a variety of land use, economic development, and transportation plans and studies that impact various areas of the county. For information on these studies, both past and those presently underway, go to the land use master plans /corridor studies page of the Cobb Department of Community Development.
Information on Cobb Tax Assessors’ Planned Site Visits: Georgia law requires property owners and occupants be provided reasonable notice prior to a site visit conducted by, or on behalf, of Cobb County Tax Assessors. For a list of properties or subdivisions scheduled for a visit within the next 30 days, visit the Cobb Tax Assessor’s planned visitations page or visit the office at 736 Whitlock Ave, Marietta.
Keep Cobb Beautiful: Keep Cobb Beautiful is a nonprofit organization created to for the purpose of “assisting the County and Board of Commissioners in establishing, promoting and maintaining a countywide policy for improved environmental waste management.” For information on Keep Cobb Beautiful, its events, activities and programs, go to Keep Cobb Beautiful webpage.
