Petition V-120 (September)

Applicant, Marcia Dalton, 770-993-1363, Titleholder, requests to: 1) allow an accessory structure (existing approximately 792 square foot garage) to the side of the principal building; and 2) reduce the required setback for an accessory structure over 650 square feet (existing approximately 792 square foot garage) from 100 feet to 18 feet adjacent to the eastern property line and to 48 feet adjacent to the northern property line.
