We have no opposition to the new stipulation letter; however we are concerned that no understanding has been reached with the neighbor at 1415 Brookcliff Place. We would like the dialogue to continue between the temple and the neighbors concerning the use of the house on Brookcliff Place and the street so that the neighbors are not unduly hampered by the activities at the temple. Recommend that if approval is granted that it be for 12 months.
