County Comprehensive Meeting ScheduleClick on public meetings to view the official calendar of county meetings, events and activities.

Cobb Government Access Television TV23 carries live coverage of the meetings of the Cobb County Commission, which is broadcast over local cable television systems.

Water Use Efficiency Website: The "Give Them An Inch" website provides helpful tips on the most efficient and effective ways to water your lawn during the warm summer months. 

Outdoor Watering Restrictions Information: Information on outdoor watering restrictions that may be in effect at any time can be found on the Watering Restrictions page of the Cobb County Water System webpage.

Citizens Oversight Committee Final Report: The Citizens Oversight Committee was apppointed by the Cobb County Commission in 2011 to provide input on how the county might best manage its financial and staffing resources to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. The committee's final report was presented at the regular meeting of the Cobb County Commission on February 28, 2012.  To see the final report, go to: http://www.cobbcountyga.gov/citizen-oversight/COC_Final_Report_022812.pdf

Current and Past Corridor Studies in Cobb County: In addition to managing and updating the Cobb County Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Division also conducts and manages a variety of land use, economic development, and transportation plans and studies that impact various areas of the county.  For information on these studies, both past and those presently underway, go to: http://comdev.cobbcountyga.gov/planning-studies.htm

Information on Cobb Tax Assessors' Planned Site Visits:
Georgia law requires property owners and occupants be provided reasonable notice prior to a site visit conducted by, or on behalf, of Cobb County Tax Assessors. For a list of properties or subdivisions scheduled for a visit within the next 30 days, visit www.cobbassessor.org or visit the office at 736 Whitlock Ave, Marietta. 

Keep Cobb Beautiful:  Keep Cobb Beautiful is a nonprofit organization created to for the purpose of "assisting the County and Board of Commissioners in establishing, promoting and maintaining a countywide policy for improved environmental waste management."  For information on Keep Cobb Beautiful, its events, activities and programs, go to:  http://kcb.cobbcountyga.gov/
