1) Waive the side setback on the northern property line on parcel 32 from 12’ to 0’;
2) Waive the front setback from 45’ to 44’; and
3) Waive the maximum height of a fence from 6’ to 12’ along Johnson Ferry (existing)

Property is located on the southwestern side of Hidden Lake Court and on the east side of Johnson Ferry Road, south of Hampton Farms Drive (277 Hidden Lake Court); 1^st District, Land Lot 82, Parcel 32.
