Incident(s) Brief:

1) Homicide Investigations (09/28/08 @ 11:18 hours in Zone 4) The Cobb County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is investigating an apparent homicide, which occurred at 4612 Canton Road N.E. in Marietta, Georgia.

According to investigators, at 11:18 hours, the Cobb County Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call from a female who said that she had just discovered the body of a male inside the business of All In 1 Auto. When the Uniform Division of Zone 4 arrived on the scene, they confirmed the body of a male who had been shot multiple times.

Detectives have since determined that the victim, identified as 37 year old Tyrone Bryant was a business partner and was known to have been at the location yesterday afternoon at approximately 14:00 hours.

Investigators are asking that anyone who may have been in the area of Fowler Drive and Canton Road in north Cobb County yesterday from 14:00 hours on (specifically around 20:00 hours) to call (770) 499-3945.
