ECCA: East Cobb, Georgia Home Owners Association, Civic Government

ECCA East Cobb Civic Association The East Cobb Civic Association works together to promote and maintain the community, lifestyle and camaraderie we moved to East Cobb to enjoy.

The ECCA Board and members stay on top of the Cobb County government's decisions, initiatives, and zoning and variance rulings that impact East Cobb communities.

Members of ECCA are kept aware of important votes, meetings and issues and are encouraged to be active in voicing their support or concerns.

Local conditions have made finding meeting rooms problematical. This is an election year and the East Cobb Government Service Center is one of the Advance Voting sites. The Mountain View library is closed for renovations causing groups who normally book meetings there to seek space in other libraries. We have had to move our meetings from the East Cobb Government Service Center to other locations, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Here are the sites where our meetings will he held.
